Head of Product – APIs | £90k–£110k + Bonus | Watford (1 day per week)
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product Management to lead a newly created product function within a major UK PLC consumer digital brand. This is a strategic leadership role, managing multiple product teams responsible for customer APIs, content services, and the platforms that power personalised digital experiences at scale.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has led Product Managers in a large, customer-facing digital organisation and has experience shaping API strategy, customer data platforms, and platform integration.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a team of Product Managers
- Owning product strategy for customer APIs and data platforms
- Driving AI-enabled personalisation and platform innovation
- Working cross-functionally to deliver high-impact digital products
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced Product leader (8+ years)
- Strong background in APIs, platforms and customer data
- Experience leading Product teams in a large digital business
- Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management
