- Translate customer, market and scientific insight into compelling product propositions with clear differentiation and a strong reason to choose H&B.
- Help shape our long-term Own Brand portfolio and range architecture, ensuring products have a clear customer role and strengthen the overall brand.
- Partner with Science and Product Integrity to ensure products are credible, efficacious and developed to the required quality and formulation standards.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Sourcing, Marketing, Design and international teams to align priorities, manage risks and maintain delivery pace.

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Product Development team, creating a culture of accountability, curiosity, pace and creativity.
- Drive continuous improvement across product development processes and ways of working, while keeping close to health and wellness trends, competitors and the wider product landscape.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
