Head of Product | Health Tech Scale-up | London (Hybrid, 2-3 days) | £120,000 - £140,000 plus equity
We're working with a fast-growing health tech business at a genuinely pivotal point in its journey. They're building serious commercial momentum, moving from a concentrated client base toward a diversified enterprise portfolio, and they're looking for a Head of Product to lead that next chapter.
Let's be upfront about what this role is. It's hands-on first and leadership second. You'd come in as a senior individual contributor with a small product team beneath you, growing into leading that function properly as the business scales. If you want to set direction from a distance, this isn't it. If you want to build, ship and shape a product function from the front, it will suit you perfectly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
