Reapit – Who are we?
Reapit is the original end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes. We’ve been helping sales and lettings agents build relationships and grow their businesses for more than 25 years. Our technology empowers property professionals across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand to work with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords to deliver a dream home experience.
Worldwide, over 78,000 agents across more than 15,000 branches use Reapit to run their businesses, manage properties, collect rent, engage clients, and provide outstanding customer service every time.
What you’ll be doing
As the Head of Product, Partnerships at Reapit, you will own our embedded partner strategy and the partner P&L for the UK and Ireland. This role is dedicated to one thing: identifying, negotiating and bringing to market the commercial partnerships embedded within the Reapit platform, and owning the revenue and margin they generate. You will examine our roadmap, our competitive gaps and the commercial opportunities inside our platform, decide where an embedded partner creates more value than building ourselves, negotiate the commercial deal, and shape the go-to-market that brings it to customers at scale.
This is a distinct mandate from our App Market workstream, which is run as a separate, parallel stream of work. You will collaborate closely with it to deliver a coherent partner experience, but your accountability is clear and singular: the embedded partner portfolio and its P&L. The role supports the global Chief Product Officer (CPO) by aligning the partner roadmap and go-to-market plans across the group, and is deliberately positioned for someone with the ambition and range to become the future CPO of Reapit.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the embedded partner strategy for UKI end to end, from opportunity thesis through commercial negotiation and close to in-market performance.
- Own the partner P&L: carry the revenue, margin and adoption targets for the embedded partner portfolio, and report performance against them.
- Analyse the roadmap, market trends, product gaps and competitive moves to identify where embedded partners create more customer and commercial value than building in-house.
- Source, structure and negotiate commercial partnership deals, modelling the economics and bringing agreements to signature alongside Legal, Finance and the executive.
- Create and manage the go-to-market and pricing strategy for each partnership, including positioning, packaging, launch and the attach motion with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
- Collaborate closely with the App Market workstream to ensure a coherent partner and ecosystem experience, while retaining clear ownership of the embedded partner portfolio and its commercials.
- Partner closely with Platform Engineering on the integration model for embedded partners, ensuring deals are deliverable, scalable and secure.
- Collaborate with the global CPO to align the partner roadmap and go-to-market plans across the organisation.
- Engage customers, prospects and partners, both internal and external, to validate demand, define use cases and pressure-test commercial models before committing.
- Utilise data and common systems such as Salesforce, PowerBI, Mixpanel, Jira and Miro to inform decisions and prioritise the partner portfolio.
- Contribute to stakeholder meetings and assist with presenting issues and solutions both in writing and verbally, including internal steering committees, GTM delivery reviews and product team meetings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
