About AIOS

AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor.

We’re at $350M ARR, growing from $10M/yr 12 months ago. We’re the world’s fastest growing AI doctor.

We’re faithfully serving >150k/mo patients via Bolt Pharmacy, our main UK brand. We’re profitable.

Our strategy exists at the intersection of two strong theses:

  • The AI doctor that wins will get to escape velocity using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history.
  • The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders.

Our master plan:

  • Step 0: $100M/yr by end of 2025: We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market.
  • Step 1: $1B ARR by end of 2026: Over the last 12 months we’ve grown from 3k to 150k UK active GLP-1 patients. We’ll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR.
  • Step 2: $10B ARR by end of 2028: Blitzscale Europe. We’ll be Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider.
  • Step 3: $100B/yr by end of 2031: Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. We’ll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe.
  • Step 4: $1T/yr by end of 2035: With one line of code and zero human time, you can use AIOS to treat any patient globally with any medication.

In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company.

We’re a young, founder-led company. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.

The opportunity as Head of Product Growth (Referrals & Viral Loops)

We’re building a world-class team.

As Head of Product Growth at AIOS, your fundamental role is to engineer viral growth. I expect us to reach >0.3 30-Day K Factor (our Primary KPI). This is critical work for us to scale from 100k active customers today to 10 million customers by 2030.

You’ll start by taking over our referral program and transforming it into a true viral growth system. You’ll lead a team of engineers + designers, and work closely with the CEO. You’ll ship daily, test aggressively, and iterate with AI tools faster than most product teams can finish scoping.

Over time, your work will expand across every product surface that can drive viral growth: referrals, invite loops, UGC, social sharing, gifting, visible product moments, freemium, and weird ideas no one has tried yet. You’ll build a cracked team under you to execute this.

This is a founder-builder role. You’ll act with high autonomy. We want someone who thinks distribution is a product problem, moves fast, has strong consumer taste, and knows how to create loops that make people want to share.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

If you nail the role, you’ll continue to lead everything in Product Growth. If you’re truly excellent, you’ll be a leading candidate for our future CPO or CGO roles.

This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work mostly async in the timezone of your choice. You must be around until midday Pacific Time every weekday to have enough crossover with me.

This is a senior role. You’ll report directly to me, Richie :) (our CEO). I’m intense, so you’ll also be intense. You’ll work long days and regularly work weekends.

You’ll work most closely with me (Richie, CEO), our VP Growth (Rick Singh), our Head of Product (Ben Dowdle), and our VP Engineering (Gzim Helshani).

Key Responsibilities

Areas

📈 “A startup is a company designed to grow fast. The only essential thing is growth. If you get growth, everything else tends to fall into place.”

Overall: You’ll build viral loops that cause customers to bring in other customers. You’ll measure this primarily via 30-Day K Factor.

  • Referrals: You’ll understand our existing referral program, then rapidly improve it via experiments. It’s not unlikely you rip it up to rebuild the foundations.
  • Pull Virality: Create product experiences that are better when customers invite friends.
  • Push Virality: You’ll turn our customers’ offline touchpoints into a billboard for the product.
  • UGC: You’ll activate real customer stories, screenshots, milestones, and before/afters so our customers organically share content with their friends.
  • Product as Marketing: You’ll get imaginative in the freemium experience (e.g. shot-tracking app) to get users into our ecosystem.
  • Organic WoM: You’ll get imaginative on what we can be doing to trigger delight and tribal affinity so customers instinctively just want to tell their friends about us.
  • Analytics: You’ll make sure everything is tracked. You’ll own the decision on what stack to use and guide its implementation.

KPIs

  • Primary KPI: 30-Day K Factor (# additional Net New Customers brought in by each Net New Customer within 30 days of their initial purchase)
    • End of 26Q1 = 0.0835
    • Target = 0.30
    • Base = 0.17
    • Stretch = 0.42
  • Secondary KPI: UK Monthly Net Referral Rate (net referrals last 30 days / net active customers)
    • End of 26Q1 = 7.83%
    • Target = 25%
    • Base = 16%
    • Stretch = 30%
  • Tertiary KPIs
    • Advocate Share: % Net Active Customers who have successfully referred at least once
      • End of 26Q1 = 10.22%
    • Referral Frequency: Avg # Net Referrals by each Successful Advocate
      • End of 26Q1 = 1.27
    • Avg Days to First Referral
      • End of 26Q1 = 26.8
    • % New Customers who share the referral link within 1000 seconds of purchase

Need to have

  • Experience: Either you have 5+ years in product growth in high-growth D2C companies, with clear ownership of referrals & viral loops…or you’ve founded a viral social app and built this from the ground-up. I have a strong preference for people who understand & enjoy the scary speed of a high-growth startup.
  • Analytics: You’re maniacal about your metrics. You care a weird amount about your analytics stack.
  • Experiments: You’re proactive when crafting experiments and have a clear process for generating & prioritizing ideas.
  • Loops: If you’re not native in consumer loops, you’re ngmi. You think of distribution as a product problem.
  • Design: You’re comfortable with design principles & wireframing so can work closely with design to get what you want into pixels.
  • Engineering: You’re sufficiently technical so code doesn’t bother you. You see turning your ideas into pixels as part of your remit, not something separate from you.
  • Shipping: You’re excellent at leading product from idea to prioritization to launch to success. You don’t easily get blocked.
  • Zest: You just get consumer. You have strong taste for consumer products and can tell when a flow feels dead, cringe, slow, confusing, or magical.
  • Strategy: You don’t get lost in the weeds and you always make sure we’re taking the required big swings. If not you, who?

Nice to have

  • Agentic: You're a doer. You’ve been pulled into important problems, taken risks, excelled in new areas. You've likely founded something in the past and it’s likely you want to start your own company in the future.
  • Background: You likely have technical background (data/engineering/design) mixed with exposure to real-world growth in consumer. You love AI tools because now you can do more yourself.
  • Systems: You think in and build out systems. In solving a problem you recognize the underlying system, then focus on improving the system itself to fix the true cause of an issue.
  • Team: You hate incompetence as much as me. You run a team of strictly A-players, and you truly mean it.
  • Excellence: You’re annoyingly capable at meta skills. You’re an autodidact with impressive speed and resourcefulness. You’re highly organized and can complete multiple projects concurrently. You calmly handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations.
