Head of Product Growth
Viral Loops, Referrals & Organic Acquisition
Fully Remote (US, UK, Israel, Germany, Netherlands, France, Canada)
Base Salary: $200,000 - $400,000 + equity
My client's mission is to help every human live to at least 100 healthy years — starting with the world's biggest health crisis: excess bodyweight.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Client is looking for a senior product growth operator who has personally engineered a referral system that drove material organic growth at scale — at a company like Airbnb, Uber, Robinhood, Discord or Zynga, where you were there at the right time. Founders of a viral consumer or social app are especially welcome to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Rebuild the referral program into a true viral growth engine
- Lead a team of engineers and designers
- Own product growth end to end
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5–15 years in product growth, referrals or viral loops at high-growth consumer companies
- A proven track record of building a referral system that drove material organic growth at scale
- Bonus: you've founded a viral consumer or social app
