At HECK!, we're on a mission to make food that makes real life taste better. Since 2013, we've been shaking up the sausage aisle and beyond with food that's nutritious, delicious and made with a bit of personality. We're family-owned, proudly independent and never afraid to do things differently.
We're looking for a Head of Product Management to lead our product portfolio and help take HECK! to the next level.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to stay behind a desk. One minute you'll be spotting the next big consumer trend, the next you'll be in the factory running trials, working with machinery, suppliers and the team to bring ideas to life. You'll own our product roadmap from concept through to launch and beyond, making sure every product we create delivers for shoppers, customers and the business.

What you'll be doing
- Leading our product strategy and innovation pipeline
- Turning consumer insights into new and improved products people actually want to buy
- Working closely with Commercial, Technical, Operations and Supply Chain teams
- Managing NPD and EPD projects from idea through to launch
- Championing quality, taste, nutrition and value in everything we do
- Spending time in the factory making sure great ideas become great products
- Leading and developing a talented product-focused team
- Spotting trends before everyone else does and helping shape what comes next for HECK
What you'll bring
- FMCG food manufacturing experience
- A strong understanding of how food products are developed and manufactured
- Experience leading NPD and EPD programmes
- Great commercial awareness
- Strong leadership skills
- A love for turning ideas into reality
- The confidence to challenge the status quo and make things better every day
