We’re looking for a senior product leader to take end-to-end ownership of a Telco & Communications product line, from strategy and roadmap through to launch and commercial growth.
You’ll lead an active product launch and play a key role in turning a major strategic customer opportunity into a scalable, referenceable proposition. Working closely with Sales, Engineering and senior customers, you’ll shape the market proposition, translate carrier requirements into product priorities and build the roadmap for continued growth.
This is a player-manager role where you’ll set product direction while managing and developing a small product team.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Telco & Communications product strategy, vision and roadmap, aligned with wider company goals
- Lead the current product launch, including positioning, readiness, pricing inputs and post-launch iteration
- Take senior product ownership of a major strategic customer deal, managing scope, expectations and delivery
- Build and own the Telco market proposition and story, working closely with Sales and Marketing
- Translate carrier and operator requirements into clear priorities for Engineering
- Manage and develop the Telco & Communications Product Owner, coaching them on discovery, execution and product thinking
- Work directly with senior customers, mobile operators and strategic partners to shape the product and build trust
- Collaborate across Fraud, Identity and other product areas to ensure a cohesive end-to-end proposition

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience, including several years at senior or group level
- Deep experience across telecommunications, eSIMs, mobile network operators, communications or messaging platforms
- Proven track record taking complex technical products from strategy through launch and into commercial adoption
- Experience owning a major strategic customer, deal or account from a product perspective
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue and margin
- Experience working with platform or component-based Engineering teams
- Strong experience working with senior customers, partners and operator stakeholders
- Experience managing and developing Product Owners or Product Managers

Nice to Have
- Digital identity, authentication, eSIM provisioning, MDM, mobile identity or fraud prevention experience
- Knowledge of RCS, SMS/A2P messaging, 4G, 5G, SS7 or SIP
- Experience across the ecosystem connecting Telco networks with platforms such as Microsoft, Apple or Google
- Background in B2B technology or SaaS businesses
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Go-to-Market teams
- Experience in financial services, payments, telecommunications or other regulated industries
- Experience managing enterprise products and B2C/C2B customer journeys
