- Partner with NPD and Innovation to execute the brand's gifting strategy.
- Build and maintain product marketing frameworks and benchmarks (message testing, positioning hierarchy, competitive tracking, proof points) to inform messaging and commercial decision-making.
- Partner with the NPD and Regulatory teams to ensure all campaign and activation messaging reflects substantiated efficacy claims. This role does not own claims substantiation.
- Set campaign KPIs for NPD, EPD, and Core activity and manage reporting against them.
- Lead and develop the Product Marketing Manager and Junior Product Marketing Manager, building a culture of excellence, ownership, and empowerment.
- Manage the product marketing budget for Product campaign activity, forecasting, and reporting spend against agreed commercial outcomes.
- Act as the internal expert on emerging trends, consumer insight, market dynamics, and provide input on pricing strategy, relevant to product marketing, feeding this into brand and product strategy evolution.
- Evaluate opportunities based on research, analysis, deep product knowledge, and a strategic view of the industry, synthesizing insight into actionable product marketing strategy and recommendations.
- Lead adoption of AI-enabled practices within the team, building capability, and embedding AI into day-to-day workflows. Identifying opportunities to evolve processes and ways of working using AI, to improve the effectiveness, quality, and pace of work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
