This is full-time onsite role based in our Hammersmith, London office and will involve regular travel across Europe and at times to the USA.

Why This Role Matters

The Head of Product Marketing & Revenue Enablement plays a critical role in driving growth across Hansen’s Energy & Utilities business. This role is responsible for transforming product innovation into compelling market stories, sales strategies, and enablement programmes that help teams win consistently and scale effectively.

As a key member of the Growth leadership team, you will create the frameworks, messaging, tools and standards that enable sales teams to communicate value clearly, improve win rates, to deliver a consistent customer experience across global markets. You will own how Hansen’s portfolio is positioned, launched and sold, ensuring sellers have the knowledge, content and confidence to engage customers successfully.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a newly established function backed by significant investment and executive sponsorship. Reporting directly to the EVP Growth & GTM, you will shape the strategy, structure and operating model of the team, while working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and regional leadership to accelerate Hansen's ambitious growth plans.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own product positioning, messaging and value propositions, across Hansen’s Energy & Utilities portfolio.
  • Create sales plays, competitive intelligence and go-to-market strategies that help teams win more business.
  • Lead product launches, ensuring teams have the tools, content and training needed for successful market introduction.
  • Build and deliver sales enablement programmes, onboarding, playbooks and certification to improve seller productivity and performance.
  • Oversee bid and proposal management, driving high-quality, consistent responses to complex customer tenders.
  • Establish and maintain pre-sales standards, best practices and technical assets across global teams.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Product Marketing & Revenue Enablement function, creating scalable processes and capabilities that support long-term growth.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing within enterprise B2B software, with expertise in positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy and product launches.
  • A track record of building sales enablement capabilities, that improve seller effectiveness, productivity and win rates.
  • Experience managing bids, proposals and complex customer pursuits in enterprise or regulated industries.
  • Exceptional communication and content development skills, with the ability to articulate value to both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to drive standards and best practices across cross-functional teams.
  • Commercially minded, with the confidence to challenge decisions and assess market readiness for new products.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, with experience building new functions, processes, and ways of working.
  • Additional European language skills, particularly German or a Nordic language would be highly desirable.
