Head of Product Marketing - iGaming

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Product Marketing - iGaming based in United Kingdom.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a product marketing professional to shape the go-to-market direction of an iGaming portfolio across multiple regulated markets. You will own product positioning, messaging, launches, and lifecycle marketing while connecting product strategy with commercial and player-focused outcomes. The role combines deep understanding of player journeys with data-driven experimentation, acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. You will work closely with product, growth, CRM, commercial, creative, legal, and compliance teams to bring initiatives to market effectively. You will also lead and mentor a small product marketing team while establishing priorities and fostering a high-performance culture. Success in this role will be measured through meaningful improvements in adoption, engagement, revenue, and overall product impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the global product marketing strategy for the iGaming product portfolio, aligning product roadmaps, launches, and lifecycle campaigns with broader business objectives.
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to different regulated markets and player segments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small product marketing team while setting priorities and maintaining a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Manage product launches from planning through execution, coordinating with product management, growth, CRM, creative, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Develop go-to-market playbooks, enablement materials, sales resources, partner materials, and other assets that support adoption and commercial performance.
  • Leverage player analytics, A/B testing, user research, and other qualitative and quantitative insights to refine messaging, inform feature priorities, and optimise campaigns.
  • Establish product marketing KPIs, monitor performance, evaluate outcomes, and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with regulatory, compliance, and responsible gambling teams to ensure product marketing activities meet local requirements and internal policies.
  • Represent product marketing in cross-functional forums and contribute to wider product, growth, and commercial strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
