Head of Product - Menswear
Manchester | Competitive salary + bonus | A chance to shape the future of a rapidly growing fashion brand.
We're partnered with an ambitious, fast-moving fashion business that is entering an exciting period of growth. They're looking for a Head of Menswear with an extensive Design background to take the creative lead across the category and help define what comes next.
This role will suit someone looking to have real influence over the product, the creative direction, and the evolution of the menswear offer, working closely with the senior leadership team to push the brand forward.
What you'll be doing:
- Set the creative vision and overall design direction for menswear.
- Lead the development of collections from initial concept through to final product.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and newness that will keep the brand ahead of the competition.
- Ensure every collection has a strong commercial purpose without losing its creative edge.
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Product Development to deliver the range.
- Lead and inspire the menswear design team, raising standards and encouraging new ideas.
- Present concepts, ranges, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Help shape the longer-term growth strategy for the menswear division.

We're looking for:
- An experienced menswear senior designer/design leader with a strong fashion background.
- Branded fashion experience is essential.
- An excellent eye for product, detail, proportion, and overall aesthetic.
- A genuinely high taste level and strong understanding of what resonates with today's customer.
- Commercially savvy - you understand that great design has to perform.
- Naturally creative, but equally confident making decisions based on data and market insight.
- A strong leader who can inspire a team and confidently influence across the wider business.
- Ambitious, energetic, and keen to build something with significant potential.
