Head of Product | B2B SaaS | London Hybrid | £120k–£140k

📍 London hybrid, (2 days per week in the office)
💷 £120-140k base plus equity

My client is a high-growth B2B SaaS business helping revenue teams identify and win their best-fit customers through proprietary data, enrichment and intelligent filtering.

Founded by proven SaaS entrepreneurs with experience building and scaling successful VC-backed businesses, they are now entering an important next phase of growth and hiring their first Head of Product.

This is an SLT-level opportunity for a product leader who wants real ownership: shaping product strategy, influencing commercial direction and building the product organisation through its next funding and scaling journey.

The business currently operates across around three product squads and is planning significant expansion following an anticipated Series B. There is genuine scope to influence new product lines, portfolio direction, team structure and how the product function evolves as the company scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
