Head of Product Platform and Content

Location: Hybrid (UK travel required)

Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Closing Date: 30 October 2026 (applications may close early if the right candidate is found)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Head of Product Platform and Content to lead the strategy, growth and commercial success of our digital platforms, Work + Family Space and Parental Leave Toolkit.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Work + Family, you'll own the product proposition, go-to-market strategy, content direction and client engagement roadmap, helping drive adoption, retention and growth across our platform products.

Working closely with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Client Engagement and Content teams, you'll play a key role in delivering our ambitious growth plans and creating an outstanding experience for users and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the strategic roadmap for our platform products
  • Lead product positioning, commercial proposition and go-to-market activity
  • Drive user engagement, adoption and retention through data-led decision making
  • Shape and deliver the platform content strategy
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary product and content team
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Client Engagement teams to support growth
  • Identify partnership opportunities and support platform innovation
  • Use analytics and customer insight to inform product priorities and measure success
  • Support the scaling of our platform offering across multiple markets

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience leading products within a B2B2C SaaS environment
  • Strong product strategy, commercial and go-to-market expertise
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary product and/or content teams
  • A track record of growing digital platforms and improving user engagement
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using product analytics tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and presenting at executive level

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree or relevant professional experience
  • Desirable experience in professional services, HR technology, benefits administration, or related industries strongly preferred
