Ready to shape the future of PropTech?

We’re seeking strategic, commercially-minded Product Leaders who want to influence the direction of a business, build great products and lead teams that make a genuine impact across the property technology sector.

What will you be doing? As Head of Product, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with founders, C-suite and senior stakeholders to turn customer problems and market opportunities into products that deliver real commercial value.

Depending on the business, you could be:

  • Setting and owning the product vision and long-term strategy
  • Building and evolving a high-performing Product function
  • Leading, mentoring and developing Product Managers
  • Owning the roadmap and ensuring the team is focused on the things that matter most
  • Working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial and Customer teams
  • Using customer insight, data and market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Driving product discovery, experimentation and innovation
  • Taking products from idea → discovery → launch → scale
  • Introducing strong product processes and ways of working as the business grows
  • Acting as a key voice within the senior leadership team and influencing wider business strategy

Who are we looking for? We’re interested in speaking with experienced Heads of Product, Product Directors and senior Product Leaders who have a track record of delivering and scaling successful products.

You’ll ideally have experience in:

  • PropTech/Property Technology
  • Real Estate or Property
  • Housing / Residential
  • Construction or the built environment
  • SaaS or another technology-led environment closely connected to property

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate strategic thinking, commercial awareness and strong product leadership - someone who knows how to balance customer needs with business objectives and turn strategy into execution.
