Head of Product / Senior Product Lead - Prediction Markets
Plexus has partnered with an established, regulated multi-asset trading and brokerage group who is launching a new prediction markets vertical, giving clients the ability to trade on real-world events across financial, economic, political, sporting and other categories.
The business is looking for an experienced Head of Product / Senior Product Lead with proven expertise in prediction markets or event-based trading products. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Marketing and Affiliates, with significant ownership over product strategy, roadmap and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the 0-to-1 launch and growth of the Prediction Markets product
- Define product strategy, roadmap and commercial objectives
- Lead the end-to-end web and mobile trading experience, from market discovery through settlement
- Design and optimise market creation, event lifecycle, settlement and trading workflows
- Translate customer, regulatory and commercial needs into clear product requirements
- Work with liquidity providers, market makers, exchanges, data providers and technology partners
- Own KPIs across liquidity, engagement, retention and commercial performance
- Drive acquisition, activation and retention through affiliate, referral and partner journeys
- Champion a simple, transparent, mobile-first trading experience

Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Management
- 3–5+ years specifically building or managing prediction markets, event contracts or comparable event-based trading products
- Deep understanding of market creation, liquidity, settlement, probability-based pricing and market integrity
- Proven 0-to-1 product launch and scaling experience
- Strong understanding of UX, customer behaviour and conversion optimisation
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering
- Excellent stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional environments
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, commercially focused environment

Nice to have
- Experience at a dedicated prediction-market platform or brokerage
- Experience with liquidity providers, market makers or exchange infrastructure
- Knowledge of derivatives, options, futures or other market-based trading products
- Experience launching products across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks
