Shape the Future of Secure Mobility

Our mission is simple but critical: protect those who protect us.

We are specialists in secure mobility, and as such, protecting national security communications in this context, at scale, is a fascinating and challenging problem.

We have a growing suite of products and technology that enable government and national security customers to communicate, collaborate, and operate safely anywhere in the world. From government assured crypto devices, to secure mobile apps and enterprise-scale platforms, our products sit at the intersection of national security, cutting-edge technology and real-world operational need.

As Head of Product - Secure Mobility, you'll define the vision for this portfolio, guide its evolution, and help shape how our product organisation operates as we scale.

The Role

This is a senior product leadership role, combining hands-on ownership with portfolio-level strategy.

You'll navigate a range of interesting tensions whilst addressing an accelerating need for capability:

  • The convergence of software and hardware in solutions.
  • Assurance constraints vs. user experience.
  • Agile delivery vs. structured procurement mechanisms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
