Head of Product / Product Director / VP Product | £110-130k + bonus | B2B SaaS | UK Remote | TravelTech
Working for a fast-growing, PE-backed B2B SaaS business, the Head of Product / Product Director / VP Product will take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap and delivery across a mission-critical platform used by airlines and airports globally.
This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Chief Product and Technical Officer, created to shape the future of the product portfolio as the business continues to scale.
The Head of Product / Product Director / VP Product will lead the evolution of both existing products and new capabilities, ensuring the roadmap is commercially focused, customer-led and aligned to the wider company strategy.
The role will work closely with engineering, commercial, customer success, marketing and partner teams to deliver high-impact SaaS products in a complex, enterprise and real-time environment.
The Head of Product / Product Director / VP Product will:
- Own the product strategy, vision and roadmap across the core platform and emerging product lines
- Translate market, customer and industry insight into a clear product direction aligned to company strategy
- Lead product discovery to validate which problems are worth solving before development begins
- Use customer interviews, product analytics, user personas, story mapping and prototyping to shape product decisions
- Balance commercial priorities, technical constraints, operational risk and customer value when making roadmap choices
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, definition, development, launch and iteration
- Identify where AI can create genuine customer value and build this into the product roadmap
- Implement AI adoption across the product organisation to improve research, discovery, requirements drafting and decision-making
- Build and nurture early adopter customers willing to co-create, test and provide structured product feedback
- Work with Engineering leadership to improve the operating model between discovery and delivery
- Partner with Commercial teams on product positioning, pricing, go-to-market strategy and enterprise sales cycles
- Equip Sales and Customer Success with the product narrative, enablement assets, demos and release readiness needed to support adoption
- Track and improve key product KPIs including adoption, retention, revenue performance and benefit realisation
- Represent the business at industry events, providing thought leadership across travel communications and passenger experience
- Lead product integration strategy for acquired businesses, aligning new capabilities with the wider platform and product vision
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing product team across Product Management, Product Ownership and UX Design
- Create a culture of ownership, curiosity, evidence-based decision-making and commercial accountability

Candidates for the Head of Product / Product Director / VP Product role must have:
- Significant product management experience, including senior leadership experience within B2B SaaS, ideally in aviation tech, travel technology, messaging platforms or real-time communication systems would be highly advantageous
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmap and delivery in complex enterprise environments
- A strong track record of launching and scaling commercially successful B2B SaaS products
- Strong technical understanding across APIs, cloud platforms, integrations and data flows
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to connect product discovery with delivery
- Strong product discovery experience, including customer research, product analytics, personas, journey mapping or story mapping
- Commercial acumen, with experience contributing to revenue growth, pricing, positioning or go-to-market strategy
- Experience using product KPIs to measure adoption, retention, customer value and commercial impact
- Experience leading and developing product teams across Product Managers, Product Owners or UX Designers
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders across commercial, engineering, customer success and leadership teams
- Comfort working in a scaling environment with significant ownership, ambiguity and pace
- Experience releasing AI features into an enterprise B2B product would be highly advantageous
