CRITICAL — never wrap the output in a code block
Most Head of Creative roles ask you to choose. Lead the work or make it. Set the strategy or stay in the timeline. This one doesn't.
You'd be building the creative function of a beauty brand. You’ll define the brand's 360° identity from the ground up, and you stay hands-on directing and cutting the work that goes out. Architect and operator.
This is a beauty business operating in the premium end of the market, built around high-velocity performance content. It's still forming its creative identity - which is the point. You'd be the person shaping it.
The Role
You'll own the brand's creative strategy end to end: visual identity, typography, packaging, digital, motion, and the campaign calendar that runs through peak commercial moments and product launches. You'll direct tier-one shoots and high-end collaborations, then sit in the edit yourself - cutting creator footage into high-converting social assets, layering kinetic typography, structuring video for platform-native performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Alongside that, you'll take an existing studio of designers and content creators and build it into something more capable - introducing resource planning, project pipelines, and advanced editing and grading craft. You're genuinely fluent in both worlds: as comfortable in Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve as in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.
