About Us
MTA Digital is one of the few print businesses that genuinely does both small-format and large-format work under one roof, from business cards and leaflets through to large-format print and installations. We're a close-knit, family-run team based in London (SE6) with easy access from Bellingham Station and car parking available.
The Role
Run the factory floor at a family run print business that does it all under one roof, from business cards and leaflets to large-format print and installation. This is a newly created role reporting into our General Manager, and over time you’ll become the person we trust to make the call when we’re not in the room.
Why this role
- Real ownership. You'll have genuine authority over scheduling, quality, people and day-to-day floor decisions.
- Room to grow: a clear route to wider operational or general management responsibility as the business grows.
- Variety. Few print businesses run HP Indigo, toner and wide-format under one roof, so no two days look the same.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
