We are supporting a manufacturing business with a search for an experienced Head of Production.
This opportunity will suit a senior manufacturing leader who combines strong people management with a practical approach to improving production performance.
Head of Production Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop production teams, setting clear priorities and performance expectations
- Improve production planning, efficiency, quality, and delivery performance
- Lead continuous improvement and introduce effective processes and systems
- Manage resources and costs while maintaining safe working practices
Head of Production Experience Required
- Senior leadership experience within production, manufacturing, or operations
- A track record of improving operational performance and leading change
- Strong people management, planning, and commercial awareness
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with strong quality and process controls
