We are representing one of India’s leading QSR brands with a growing global presence in the search for an exceptional Head of Production to lead and transform its UK manufacturing operations.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a senior food manufacturing professional ready to take complete ownership of a well-established production operation — while playing a key role in the launch of a new snacking manufacturing facility.
🏭 THE OPERATION
- Established production facility in Southall, London
- Serving UK & European markets
- 50+ member production team
- Existing portfolio of 10+ confectionery & dairy SKUs
- New snacking production facility under development
🎯 YOUR MANDATE
You will take end-to-end ownership of manufacturing operations, including:
- Production strategy, planning & capacity
- Manufacturing efficiency, yield & throughput
- Workforce planning & manpower productivity
- Raw materials, sourcing & supply chain coordination
- Cost optimisation & waste reduction
- Quality, food safety & regulatory compliance
- Production KPIs, analytics & continuous improvement
- SOPs, systems & operational controls
- Cross-functional collaboration with commercial & supply chain teams
- Operational readiness and scale-up of the new snacking facility

👤 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A senior manufacturing leader with 10+ years of food production experience, ideally from:
- Confectionery
- Sweets
- Dairy
- FMCG
- Food Manufacturing
You should have a proven track record of managing large-scale production environments, sizeable teams and complex manufacturing operations.

Experience with 15,000+ MT annual production, traditional sweets/dairy products, international markets and UK/EU food manufacturing standards would be highly advantageous.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who combines operational excellence, commercial thinking and strong people leadership.
