I'm working with an ambitious, fast-growing coffee business that's scaling up. They need a production leader who can take the site to the NEXT level.
The role
- Take full ownership of production across roasting, packing and dispatch
- Lead, develop and inspire the production team
- Drive efficiency, OEE and continuous improvement on every line
- Keep standards high on quality, food safety and H&S
- Work with NPD, supply chain and commercial teams to deliver growth
- Manage capacity planning and investment as volumes grow

What you'll bring
- Senior production or operations leadership in food and drink manufacturing
- Hands on experience with CI and Lean
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS and food safety
- A people leader who builds teams, not just rotas
- Coffee or beverage experience is a big plus, but not essential
