Hi! This is the Flipper team.

We are the creators of Flipper Zero — a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. It’s a gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world.

We're building new products:

  • Flipper One — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC.
  • BUSY Bar — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions.

We're looking for a Head of Production Test Engineering to lead the team responsible for production testing of our physical devices and ensure that tests, equipment, software, and instructions are ready for new product launches and mass production.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a unified production testing roadmap covering new products, product launches, mass production support, and infrastructure improvements, with clear priorities, timelines, owners, and resource requirements
  • Lead the engineering team, allocate resources, develop team capabilities, and balance urgent production issues with planned work
  • Coordinate dependencies across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and other teams, identifying risks and blockers early to ensure production testing is ready for product launches
  • Define production testing strategies and acceptance criteria with the team and oversee the development and maintenance of test fixtures, equipment, software, and infrastructure, including for new products such as Flipper One
  • Coordinate test deployment at factories, maintain up-to-date instructions and test result monitoring, and work with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify root causes of defects and validate fixes
  • Analyze production test data, returns, and support cases to identify systemic issues and turn recurring defects into concrete improvements to the product, manufacturing process, or testing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
