Production & Planning Manager
Ready to lead manufacturing operations for one of the world's most respected engineering businesses?
Our client, a global leader in centrifugal pump manufacturing with over 140 years of engineering excellence, is looking to appoint an exceptional Production & Planning Manager to drive operational performance at their largest Manufacturing Centre. With consistent growth and ambitious plans for the future, this is a key leadership role at the heart of their UK operations.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of UK Operations, you'll lead production and planning across their Machine Shop, Build and Test functions, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. You'll be responsible for operational performance, production planning, team leadership, continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.

What You'll Bring
- Senior manufacturing, production or operations leadership experience particularly in a complex and highly engineered product environment
- Strong production planning and scheduling expertise
- A track record of improving delivery, productivity and operational performance
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for continuous improvement, Lean principles and operational excellence
