Camino Search is currently partnering with a leading software business backed by a mid-market private equity fund hiring for a Head of Professional Services in the UK.
This individual will lead the transformation of the professional services capability to shift from reactive to proactive improving customer experience, retention, and revenue consistency.

Paying c.£120,000 per annum, based in London.
Required Experience:
- Proven track record leading AND transforming a professional services function.
- Background in software / SaaS industry.
- High commercial acumen and change management to work across multiple business functions.
- Any prior experience in private equity backed environments would be beneficial.
