💷 £38,428.40–£41,921.89 actual salary, depending on campus allocation

Are you an experienced education leader passionate about inclusive learning and better outcomes for young people with SEND?
We’re looking for a Head of Programmes to lead the delivery and development of Pinc Woodlands’ post-16 provision across multiple campuses.
You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality teaching, strong student outcomes and a consistent, supportive experience for neurodivergent young people. From curriculum development and quality assurance to safeguarding, EHCP coordination and team leadership, you’ll help shape provision that recognises individual strengths and supports meaningful progression into adulthood.

You’ll bring:
- Experience in post-16 education or specialist provision, working with students with SEND and EHCPs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including supporting staff development and performance.
- Knowledge of SEND legislation, EHCP processes and post-16 study programme requirements.
- An understanding of Ofsted expectations, quality assurance and safeguarding.
- The ability to build strong relationships with families, local authorities, employers and community partners.
- Confidence using data and management systems to monitor progress, improve provision and meet compliance requirements.
