Head of Project Delivery – Luxury Residential | Cotswolds
Gloucestershire / Cotswolds · £85,000 · Permanent
The business
We're working with a privately owned luxury residential developer headquartered in Bristol, with a clear and uncompromising focus: designing and delivering homes where people genuinely aspire to live. The business has built a strong reputation across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, delivering some of the most carefully crafted new-build and heritage residential schemes in the region.
This is a business where quality is non-negotiable. Every home is built to a standard the team would be proud to live in themselves.
The opportunity
As the business continues to grow its pipeline of prestigious Cotswolds schemes, our client is looking to appoint a Head of Project Delivery to take strategic and operational ownership of construction across their portfolio. This is a senior hire for a developer that doesn't compromise on quality, working directly with the leadership team from their Bristol head office to ensure every home is delivered to the exceptional standard their customers demand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Having operated at Contracts Manager level myself, I know this type of role requires someone who is equally at home reviewing a programme and a cost plan as they are walking a site and challenging a subcontractor on their finish. This is exactly the level of ownership our client needs.

- Ownership of programme and commercials across multiple concurrent sites
- Appointing, managing and holding to account site management teams and subcontractors

- Ensuring design intent and finish quality are maintained from groundworks through to handover
- Setting the standards of health, safety and site presentation expected of a premium developer
- Playing an active role in pre-construction, procurement and buildability reviews
