We're retained on a senior hire for a specialist offshore business, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Project Delivery to join their UK Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a high-impact role with full accountability for the delivery, governance and commercial performance of a portfolio of offshore renewable projects — from contract award through to completion.

What the role involves:

  • Leading major offshore projects
  • Managing key client relationships
  • Developing project delivery teams
  • Overseeing critical subcontractors

What we're looking for:

  • A proven project delivery leader with offshore renewable energy experience
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • The ability to operate at senior leadership level
  • Experience managing complex subcontractor relationships and delivering projects safely and profitably is essential.
