We're retained on a senior hire for a specialist offshore business, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Project Delivery to join their UK Senior Leadership Team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a high-impact role with full accountability for the delivery, governance and commercial performance of a portfolio of offshore renewable projects — from contract award through to completion.
What the role involves:
- Leading major offshore projects
- Managing key client relationships
- Developing project delivery teams
- Overseeing critical subcontractors

What we're looking for:
- A proven project delivery leader with offshore renewable energy experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- The ability to operate at senior leadership level
- Experience managing complex subcontractor relationships and delivering projects safely and profitably is essential.
