🚀 Head of Project Delivery
| Remote | Hybrid | FTC | £90k - £100k |
Fancy leading delivery rather than just managing projects?
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Project Delivery to take ownership of a growing portfolio of technology and consulting projects — while building, mentoring, and developing a talented Project Management team.
This is a senior role with genuine influence. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have the opportunity to shape delivery strategy, improve ways of working, develop people, and play a key role in the continued growth of an established Microsoft Partner.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and develop the Project Management function
- Own delivery across a diverse client portfolio
- Provide senior oversight across projects, governance, RAID, and commercial performance
- Work closely with Sales, Practice Leads, and Customer Success
- Support strategic bids and customer engagements
- Help resolve complex delivery challenges
- Drive consistent delivery standards and continuous improvement
- Improve resource utilisation and project performance
- Build a culture where people can develop, collaborate, and do their best work
- Help shape innovative propositions and services for clients

What are we looking for?
You’ll be an experienced Project / Programme / Delivery leader with a strong background in technology, consulting, or professional services.
You’ll ideally have experience of:
- Leading and developing Project Managers
- Delivering complex technology or consulting projects
- Project governance and commercial management
- Managing multiple priorities and senior stakeholders
- Client-facing delivery and relationship management
- Business & technology strategy / change
- Building high-performing teams
- Improving processes and ways of working
