This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines great project management with strong commercial instincts, digital experience and excellent people skills.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Owning the successful delivery of Bridge's client projects, on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard
  • Leading complex digital, technology and sales enablement projects
  • Managing agency-wide resource planning, capacity and project priorities
  • Ensuring projects are properly scoped, estimated and commercially managed
  • Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Managing scope, budgets, risks and those occasionally tricky client conversations
  • Leading and developing our project management and production capability
  • Improving how we plan, resource, manage and report on projects
  • Working closely with the Bridge management team to help shape how the business grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who we're looking for

You'll probably come from a digital agency, technology, consultancy or similar environment, with significant experience managing complex digital projects and multidisciplinary teams.

You'll be comfortable moving between the big picture and the detail. One minute you might be discussing resource strategy and profitability with the management team, the next solving a delivery challenge with a developer or talking a client through a change in scope.

You'll be commercially minded, highly organised, calm under pressure and a great communicator. Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, gets things moving and is always looking for a better way of doing things.

Why Bridge?

We're a specialist B2B consultancy and digital product business working with some brilliant global brands to transform how they engage buyers and enable sales teams.

We're deliberately not a huge agency, which means this is an opportunity to have a genuine influence on the business, rather than simply inherit someone else's processes.

You'll join the senior team at an exciting point in Bridge's growth, with the freedom to shape the delivery function and make it your own.

Interested? We'd love to hear from you.
