Here at Storm Technology, part of the Littlefish Group, we're focused on delivering successful outcomes for our customers through quality-led, commercially sound and consistently executed project delivery. As our Digital Services organisation continues to evolve, we're looking for talented leaders who can strengthen delivery capability, improve governance and support long-term customer value.
You will be a key member of the Digital Services COO leadership team, leading Project Managers across geographies and setting the benchmark for delivery excellence across Digital Services and the wider Group.
The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
We are looking for a Head of Project Management to lead and direct project delivery across Digital Services, ensuring consistent high-quality, client-focused and commercially robust outcomes. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivery standards, governance, operational control, team capability and continuous improvement.

You will:
- Leading and developing a high-performing Project Management team across Digital Services.
- Driving delivery excellence, governance and operational consistency across the organisation.
- Personally leading strategic, complex and high-profile programmes where required.
- Building trusted relationships with senior customers and business stakeholders.
- Owning the commercial performance of project delivery, including utilisation, margin and operational performance.
- Driving continuous improvement through modern delivery practices, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.

What we're looking for
- Experience leading Project Management teams within consultancy, managed services or technology services.
- A proven track record delivering large, complex technology programmes.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience balancing customer outcomes with business performance.
- Experience developing high-performing teams and leading organisational change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
- Experience in portfolio management, governance and resource planning.
- Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APMP, MSP, P3O or PMP.
