Head of Project Management
A great opportunity for a Head of Project Management to shape project delivery across a technically diverse Consultancy environment, combining hands-on project delivery and line management. You’ll hold a Project Management qualification, have proven experience of managing complex technical projects together with experience of leading and managing Project Management teams, ideally within the Defence industry.
Responsibilities:
- Own the project governance framework with the consistent use of project management tools and templates
- Lead continuous improvement in project and delivery processes
- Line manage the team of Project Managers as well as hands-on project management of large projects alongside Technical Leads

Requirements:
- Proven experience of leading and managing Project Management teams
- Proven experience of managing complex technical projects in the electronics domain
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced Technology Consultancy environment
- A Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI etc.
- Clear communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
- Experience of working within the Defence industry
