The Role

We're looking for an experienced interim Head of Project Management to lead our PMO and help shape how projects are delivered across the business.

In this role, you'll provide strategic oversight of our project portfolio, making sure the right projects are prioritised, well-governed and delivered successfully. You'll oversee our Innovation (NPD) pipeline as well as wider strategic business projects, giving our Senior Leadership Team the visibility and insight they need to make informed decisions.

This is a fantastic 12-month opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking strategically while still getting involved in the projects that really matter. You'll lead and develop a team of Project Managers, champion best practice and continuously improve the way we deliver projects across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the PMO

  • Lead and develop our Project Management Office, setting the direction for project delivery across the business.
  • Embed consistent project management standards, governance and best practice.
  • Coach and support a team of three Project Managers, building a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • Continuously improve our project management processes, tools and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
