About the Role
My leading Insurance client is seeking a talented and motivated individual to work with the Executive Committee (ExecCo) to support the delivery of the company strategy and the implementation of improvement cycle findings. You'll set standards across the Project Management function through management, development, and training support, actively contributing to the overall management of the delivery team by interfacing with the finance team to ensure the effective running of projects within budget.

You'll also be expected to provide direct project management support on the most complex and client-sensitive projects, particularly those where delivery is spread across multiple teams.

Essential Skills / Experience
- Strong Project Manager background
- Previously worked in Insurance
- European language speaker
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation
- Salary: Up to £100,000 + package
- Location: London (good work from home options available)
