Your Team
You'll lead our Project Management function, providing direction, coaching and operational leadership to a team of Regional Portfolio Managers and Project Managers. Working closely with the Chief Delivery Officer, PMO and senior stakeholders across the business, you'll shape how we deliver projects at scale while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. You'll ensure our teams have the tools, governance and support they need to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers, while developing capability and driving high performance across the function.
Your Career

You'll work alongside senior leaders, contribute to business planning and service development, and play a key role in evolving our implementation and professional services capabilities. Your Impact
As Head of Project Management, you'll lead our Project Management function, ensuring our implementation teams consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll set the operational direction for the function, establishing clear objectives, KPIs and performance standards that align with our wider Delivery strategy.
You'll own and continuously evolve our Project Management Delivery Methodology and governance framework, embedding best practice and driving continuous improvement across every stage of the project lifecycle. Working closely with the PMO, you'll ensure effective resource planning, consistent governance and standardised delivery processes that enable our teams to perform at their best. Leading a team of Regional Portfolio Managers and Project Managers, you'll develop capability, foster a high-performance culture and provide the coaching, mentoring and leadership needed for individuals and teams to succeed. You'll oversee operational performance, ensuring utilisation, revenue, quality and customer satisfaction targets are achieved while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and grow our services.
You'll play a key role in maximising commercial performance by identifying new revenue opportunities, supporting service development and contributing to business planning. You'll also work alongside our Sales and Pre-Sales teams, providing delivery expertise during customer engagements and ensuring projects are set up for success from the outset.
As the senior escalation point for customer issues, you'll build trusted relationships with customers, proactively resolve challenges and ensure every implementation reinforces MHR's reputation for delivering exceptional professional services. You'll provide meaningful operational reporting and insight to senior leaders, contribute to the strategic development of the Delivery division and champion a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement across the Project Management function.
