The Role
As The Head Of Projects, You’ll
- Lead the delivery of a £20m+ lifecycle programme across a live hospital estate.
- Oversee and manage a team of approximately 20 Project Managers.
- Ensure end-to-end project delivery from planning to completion, focusing on M&E and healthcare fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive project success and operational excellence.

You
To be successful in the role of Head of Projects, you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience managing large-scale lifecycle programmes in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of M&E and fit-out projects.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing sizeable teams.
- A collaborative approach to project management and stakeholder engagement.
