Head of Projects
They are now seeking a Head of Projects to join their growing studio. This is a key leadership role for an experienced interior design professional with a strong creative vision and proven ability to oversee complex, high-value projects from concept through to completion.
The position offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a talented design team, while driving the successful delivery of exceptional, design-led projects both in the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design integrity, quality, and commercial objectives are met
- Provide strategic and creative direction to Senior, Midweight, and Junior Designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resourcing to ensure efficient delivery across all stages
- Maintain exceptional design standards across all work, ensuring alignment with the studio’s vision and ethos
- Act as a key client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships through clear communication and leadership
- Review and guide all design and technical output, ensuring accuracy, quality, and innovation
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver cohesive and technically resolved schemes
- Identify and resolve design and technical challenges with creative, forward-thinking solutions
- Support new business initiatives, including pitches and client presentations

Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in high-end interior design, with a strong portfolio of luxury residential and/or hospitality projects
- Proven experience managing complex projects from concept through completion, including team leadership
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of materials, spatial planning, and detailing
- Excellent commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Studio Designer beneficial)
- Confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build strong client relationships
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
