Head of Projects Senior Events & Technical Production | London (Hybrid) | £60K-£70K DOE

The Role
As Head of Events/Projects, you'll take strategic ownership of key client accounts and projects, leading a team to deliver exceptional work across a diverse and high-profile portfolio. You'll sit at the intersection of creative & technical production, commercial management, and people leadership, a true triple threat.
You'll report directly into the Director of Events and play a central role in shaping the future of the production department.

- Leading end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale event productions
- Taking client briefs and driving creative and commercial responses
- Managing budgets, reconciliations, revenue reporting, and conversion metrics
- Building and developing long-term client relationships and strategic account plans
- Mentoring, coaching, and line managing a talented team of project managers
- Pitching for new business, interrogating briefs, crafting proposals, and leading pitch teams
- Championing health & safety, process governance, and sustainability commitments
- Collaborating cross-departmentally with Design, Technical, Scenic, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
Who We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in the events industry in a senior technical production or project management capacity
- Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of the London venue market is essential, candidates without this will not be considered. Familiarity with UVL venues is a significant advantage
- A confident, calm leader who people naturally gravitate towards
- Commercially astute with strong budget management experience
- Experienced in managing and developing client accounts at a senior level
- A natural line manager who invests in their team's growth and wellbeing
- Excellent communicator, highly organised, and obsessive about the detail
- Passionate about delivering exceptional events and a brilliant employee experience
