Responsibilities:
Trader Lifecycle & Risk
- Oversee the evaluation-to-funded pipeline: onboarding, KYC, transitioning traders from simulated challenges to live/funded accounts
- Enforce trading rules and risk parameters (drawdown limits, breach detection, rule violations) across the trader base
- Compile firmwide and individual trader metrics and reports; monitor overall exposure
Payouts & Finance Operations
- Manage the payout process end-to-end: verification, approvals, fraud checks, payment scheduling
- Coordinate with relevant teams on capital allocation, revenue reconciliation, PSP relationships etc
Technology & Platform
- Own the operational stack: trading platform requirements for prop, dashboards, CRM, back-office tooling
- Ensure uptime, data integrity, and rapid troubleshooting of execution/feed issues; bridge traders, support, and dev teams

- Lead support, risk, and onboarding staff; set SLAs, SOPs and performance standards
- Where needed; manage third-party vendors involved in Operations such as payment providers, platform suppliers, PropTech etc
Process & Scale
- Assist in building repeatable, documented workflows and automations to reduce manual load as the trader base grows
- Drive continuous improvement across operations, onboarding, compliance, and support functions
AI Tooling
- Assist in the deployment, training, and ongoing improvement of AI tools across the operation — from customer support and onboarding to finance, risk, and internal ops workflows
- Curate and maintain the knowledge bases that feed these tools so outputs stay accurate as products and rules evolve
- Define what AI handles autonomously vs. what escalates to a human, especially for sensitive or high-risk actions
- Monitor performance (accuracy, reliability, resolution rates, user satisfaction) and run feedback loops to retrain on failure cases
- Set guardrails and compliance controls so CS AI tools stay within policy, protect data, and don't take unauthorised actions
- Keep an auditable record of prompts, model changes, and policy updates so AI behaviour remains traceable

Innovation & Ideation
- Contribute to the ongoing innovation of the project, bringing prop-industry experience to bear on new product and feature development
- Advance ideation for sales initiatives, drawing on knowledge of what drives trader acquisition and conversion in the space
- Input on branding and marketing concepts, helping shape positioning that resonates with the trader base and differentiates from competitors
- Act as a sounding board for strategy, spotting opportunities and gaps informed by hands-on experience across the prop ecosystem
