Join our dynamic family-run airport hospitality business as Head of Property to support our growth and form an integral part of the senior management team.
This role is tasked with ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the property function across both new and existing estate. Reporting to the COO, the role will encompass all elements of property function and will work directly with the airport operations teams.
Main Duties:
- Work with the operations team to optimise the maintenance process across the business.
- Oversee and support all aspects of the new fit-out process, acting as the central liaison for operations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor, control, and manage capex spend.
- Serve as the key link between teams, ensuring all requirements are gathered, communicated, and represented effectively.
- Manage and communicate project timelines across the business, ensuring all teams understand their responsibilities and implications.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement a sustainability strategy across all property-related areas.
- Maintain strong relationships with General Managers across the estate to ensure smooth operations and ongoing collaboration.
- Ensure day-to-day maintenance objectives are met through the effective use of Access Maintain property software.
- Work with the operations team to optimise the maintenance process across the business.
- Own and manage compliance processes, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met across the estate.

Relevant Experience:
- Great communicator and able to influence people across business functions.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and deliver to, at times, challenging timelines.
- Experience managing multi-site operations
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control (capex, opex)
- Strong understanding of building maintenance and compliance
- Ability to manage contractors and suppliers
- Familiarity with property management software
- Strong understanding of how to manage new site fit outs directly with clients.
- Expertise in the PPM tender process, from procurement to ongoing contract management.

Salary & Benefits
- 60-75k Base salary
- NEST pension
- Private Health Cover
- Car Allowance
- 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing by 1 day a year up to a maximum of 32 days.

- Secure an Airport Security ID Pass, which we will assist with.
