🚀Interim Head of Property & Estates🚀
3-Month Contract (potential for extension) | Fully Remote | £550 per day Inside IR35
Are you a hands-on property leader who can turn around an underperforming function, improve service delivery and drive key commercial projects? We’re seeking an experienced Interim Head of Property & Estates to lead a diverse, multi-site portfolio within a purpose-driven organisation. Reporting to the COO, you’ll have the autonomy to make an immediate impact.
The Role
- Improve performance: Strengthen the property function and raise internal customer service standards.
- Manage FM providers: Improve contractor performance, oversee SLAs and drive value for money.
- Deliver key projects: Progress property disposals, relocations, new builds and refurbishments.
- Lead and influence: Set clear expectations, support your team and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

You’ll bring:
- Senior experience across property asset management and facilities management.
- A track record of improving service delivery and contractor performance.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering complex property projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive, accountable approach and the ability to deliver from day one.

Experience in clinical or veterinary environments would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
