An exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to take ownership of the property strategy for a growing, multi-site business.
This is a newly created role with a clear focus on growth with an ambitious 4-5 year expansion plans across the UK, you'll be responsible for identifying new sites, building the property pipeline and securing the right locations and lease terms to support that growth. This is a broad role cover all aspects of property.

- Lead the property strategy across the UK
- Identify and assess new sites using demographic, location and commercial data.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
- Develop relationships with major property partners, agents and landlords.
- Lead negotiations on acquisitions, leases, renewals and larger property matters.
- Provide early-stage property input across planning, civils and development before projects are handed over.
- Build strong landlord relationships and minimise property risk across the estate.
- Support and guide the Property Managers across rent reviews, leases and landlord relationships.

Requirements:
We're looking for a commercially minded property professional with experience in retail, hospitality, leisure in a multi-site environment.
- Strong experience across property acquisition, site identification and lease negotiation, alongside excellent commercial judgement and communication skills.
- You'll be someone who can spot a good opportunity, move quickly, negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with landlords, agents and property partners.
