We are working with a boutique Property and Asset Management firm, who are looking to recruit a Head of Property Management Accounts to oversee their team based in Central London.

This is an exciting and integral hire where this individual will lead their finance function in a hands-on leadership role, working directly with the CEO but also having line management responsibility for the existing team, ensure the finance function is running in a structured and efficient manner.

  • Accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Strong financial control and governance
  • Clear operational structure and accountability
  • Effective collaboration with the Property Management and Facilities Management teams

The role will also retain direct responsibility for a portfolio of properties, contributing to day-to-day delivery and leading from the front.

Head of Property Management Accounts requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA preferred)
  • Strong property management accounting experience in the Commercial Property Sector
  • Experience managing a team (two or more points of responsibility)
  • Systems experience (Qube/MRI preferred)
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

Office is based in Central London.

Salary £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits, office perks and discretionary bonus.
