Role: Head of Property Management Accounts (commercial property)
Location: Central London
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (subject to experience), plus bonus and benefits.
We are recruiting for a Head of Property Management Accounts to join a leading commercial Property & Asset Management team in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that has a strong ambition to forge / progress a career within a leading firm in Central London. We are looking for a driven individual with a desire to provide an exemplary client accounting service to the firm's many clients, and be part of the senior leadership team of the firm.

Required Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA preferred)
- Strong property management accounting experience in the Commercial Property sector
- Experience in managing a team (small or large)
- Systems experience (property accounting software)
- Excellent IT skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Property Management Accounts team
- Manage a defined portfolio of certain properties
- Prepare and review service charge accounts, reconciliations and client reporting
- Oversee rent collection and arrears management
- Support the team during peak periods and deadlines
- Lead by example through high-quality delivery
- Implement / improve processes and team deliverables
- Ensure compliance with the RICS regulations and internal controls e.g. POs
- Establish regular team meetings and one to one appraisals
- Improve communication and responsiveness
- Drive effective use of property accounting software
