Head of Property Management – Client Side

Central London | c.£4bn Commercial Portfolio | Six-Figure Package

Madison Berkeley has been exclusively retained by a highly regarded international real estate investment platform to appoint a Head of Property Management to lead its UK in-house Property Management function.

This is a significant senior leadership appointment within a business entering an important period of transformation.

The platform owns and manages a substantial c.£4bn commercial portfolio, predominantly comprising high-quality office assets across London and key UK markets. The portfolio includes complex multi-let buildings alongside assets undergoing refurbishment, repositioning and significant capital investment, with a strong focus on occupier experience, sustainability and long-term performance.

Property Management is viewed as a core part of the wider investment strategy, working closely with Asset Management, Facilities Management and Sustainability across portfolio performance, refurbishment projects, acquisitions and disposals.

Reporting directly to the Head of UK and sitting within the UK Senior Leadership Team, the successful individual will take overall ownership of the Property Management platform and play a central role in shaping its future direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
