This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected law firm that has been serving clients for over 100 years in the beautiful market town of Kirkby Stephen, perfectly positioned between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.
We're looking for an experienced Head of Property to lead an established team and play a key role in the firm's future growth.
The Opportunity
As Head of Property, you'll lead a collaborative team of experienced solicitors, a consultant, a CILEX lawyer, and support staff while managing the team across:
- Residential Property
- Commercial Property
- Agricultural Property

You'll also mentor and develop the team, ensure high standards, and help shape the future direction of the department.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (5+ years PQE)
- Strong experience in Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural Property
- Previous supervisory experience, or someone ready to step into a leadership role
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive, close-knit team
