Head of PropTech & Digital Transformation
(Permanent leadership role or Advisory mandate)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to define and lead the technology-driven operating model for our real estate business. This role can be structured either as a permanent, in-house leadership position or as an advisory mandate (project-based / part-time), depending on the candidate's profile and preference.
The objective is to assess the current setup and identify opportunities to leverage both established PropTech solutions and bespoke, AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing systems, workflows, and technology stack, and shape the resulting transformation agenda
- Define the optimal balance between off-the-shelf PropTech solutions and bespoke, in-house developments
- Identify and prioritize use cases for automation and agentic AI across the real estate lifecycle (sourcing, underwriting, asset management, reporting, etc.)
- Design and champion tailored technology solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead vendor selection and/or oversee the design and delivery of custom-built tools
- Build the implementation roadmap, including priorities, timelines, and costs
- Set direction on data architecture, governance, and integration
- Act as the senior technology voice to leadership, driving buy-in and accountability for the transformation

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
