An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially minded Protection Adviser to join one of London's fastest-growing financial services businesses and take ownership of its Protection proposition.
This is far more than a traditional advisory role. You'll be responsible for establishing, developing and growing an entire Protection function within a highly successful financial services group that already works with an extensive portfolio of corporate and private clients.
The business has built an exceptional reputation for delivering a broad range of financial solutions to SMEs, business owners and high-net-worth individuals, including Wealth Management, Employee Benefits, Workplace Pensions, Private Medical Insurance and Commercial Insurance. Protection represents a major area of future investment, creating a genuine opportunity to build something significant with the full backing of an established and rapidly expanding organisation.
With around 750 London-centric corporate clients already established, you'll benefit from a substantial existing client base and high-quality referral opportunities from day one. Rather than spending your time generating cold leads, your focus will be on identifying protection opportunities, delivering expert advice and building a market-leading protection proposition.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll become the technical lead for Protection across the business, advising clients on a broad range of personal and business protection solutions while helping shape the future direction of the division.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
