That's why we're delighted to share our Head of Prudential and Enterprise Risk opportunity – a rare senior leadership role where you'll shape how the Society manages prudential, enterprise and climate risk while providing independent second line oversight on the issues that matter most to our long term resilience.
How You'll Make a Difference
Your exceptional leadership capabilities will inspire and empower, as you shape and strengthen our approach to prudential, enterprise and climate risk. You will lead independent second line oversight across some of the most critical risk areas in the business, providing confident, constructive challenge at Executive and Board level.
By owning and evolving our risk frameworks and risk reporting, you will help ensure the Society remains resilient, well governed and focused on long-term sustainability for our members.

What will you bring to the role?
- Strong prudential expertise, SME for market, liquidity, capital and funding risks, including ICAAP, ILAAP and RRP production
- SME in PRA regulation.
- Proven experience operating at Executive and Board level, and the confidence to influence, challenge and drive continuous improvement across the Society.
- Proven ability to think strategically and transform strategy into delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to role model, care, connect and coach to drive performance, change, positive engagement and deliver against challenging objectives
